    • Strategy: Real estate funding opportunities in the UK, with a focus on London and the South East of England. The Fund aims to capitalise on dislocation in the UK real estate lending market in the £1-5m loan bracket, whilst generating stable returns within the target range from a relatively conservative portfolio.

    • Strategy: Short-term bridging loans secured primarily against residential property situated in London. The Fund provides a 6% p.a. fixed return to investors, with interest paid quarterly.

    • Status: Closed to new investment for new and existing investors. Existing investors are able to redeem as per the Fund’s usual liquidity terms.
